Appearing on new TV series 'The UK's National Parks with Caroline Quentin'!

In March I had a wonderful experience being filmed for a new Channel 4 series with Caroline Quentin, and I am excited to share that this new series will show on TV next week!

It is called 'The UK's National Parks with Caroline Quentin' and it will premiere on Monday 18th September at 9pm on More4 and stream on Channel 4.

Caroline, as a former President of the Campaign for National Parks, has a special relationship with these vast areas of nature. As she travels throughout the country in the four-part series, she will see how different parks across the UK exemplify the themes of the four programmes: Transport; Landscapes; Produce; and Historical Sites.

Across the series, Caroline will visit the most beautiful locations within the National Parks and learn how they function, what draws people to them, and how they intend to sustain and grow in the future. Caroline’s adventures will take her from the Welsh wonders of Bannau Brycheiniog (formerly Brecon Beacons) to the ancient forests of the Cairngorms in Scotland, the historic settlements of the Peak District in England and many more locations among the National Parks.

I don't yet know which episode I will appear in, but will share the details when I know more! Follow me on social media @sjbfineart to catch the latest updates.

You can watch the series online on Channel 4. Our lovely Pembrokeshire Coast appears in the first episode:

In episode one, Caroline takes in a range of spectacular views, valleys and vistas. She visits a location with real historical significance to the National Parks, Kinder Scout in the Peak District, and journeys to the Pembrokeshire Coast for a boat trip on the Ramsey Sound. Following stops in The Yorkshire Dales, The Cairngorms and Dartmoor, Caroline ends her journey with an inspirational walking group in The Lake District.
